Beautiful. Lovely details, sharp. The under body seems just a bit over exposed, you can recover the details. Nice clear BG complimenting the bird.

Nice image. Is this a big crop? I agree that the highlights needs to be reduced a bit. I think it would look better in a rectangular composition than a square one. Cropping more from the bottom to eliminate a part of the bamboo will strengthen the image.
