Yellow-crowned Bishop feeding on ground , seen these cuties in a group of hundreds , this one is cropped (25%).

Canon 7D , Canon 300mm f/4 + 1.4 X conv , f/5.6 , ISO-640 , EC = -0.7 step , 1/3200.

Mrudul Ji , ISO-640 is to achieve higher shutter speed , I was not getting adequate shutter speed to freeze their moment even after f/5.6 , EC = -0.7 step and these cuties are very agile while feeding on grass seed.
