Accidentally spotted this beauty while moving along the Bhandup Pumping station area. It was resting on the leaf of a crown flower plant and after taking few shots I realized there were a few more shy ones in the neighboring plant too. It has been years since I had first spotted this beauty in nature and was great to encounter them and get decent snaps of it. With the breeze and its preference to stay away from the camera, it was difficult to get a good shot, but this one I felt was good enough.

Good you you get it parallel to the sensor. Nice details. There seems to be some highlights, I think you can try to recover them. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

The inbuilt flash has resulted in the bright highlights. Did you try any shot without firing the built in flash? What is the brown background?
