Can you explain the reason for such ISO, shutter speed and aperture?

Yes sure ISO 1000 to achieve a good shutter speed since it was handheld and there was so much wind blowing at the top making it lil difficult to stand, my default ISO is 1000 (for this 7d especially) or more (When i am using a full frame) always to achieve good shutter speed, Aperture coz the light was very poor and i did not want to increase the ISO above 1000 coz it gives grains ( i had discussed my 7d issues with you on mail also ) :)
