I will post three images of cheetals in different threads, clicked with my Canon 5D Mark III (infrared). Two of them will be in the mammals section and one in landscape. All the three images were clicked from the same place in Sundarbans.

Canon EOS 5D Mark III (converted to infrared), EF 70-200 f2.8 L IS II USM lens at 200mm, 1/320, full frame image.

Cheers,

A very peaceful scene. The play of light and shadows can be captured well in b/w compositions. The reflections look nice. The thick vegetation in the background adds to the composition. It was nice to watch more numbers of cheetals in Sunderbans this time compared to four years back. Thanks for sharing.

Nice. Musical play of light and shade as in the film 'Pather Panchali' of Satyajit Ray. The details of grass on the bank of the sweet water tank look too soft, almost like acylic fibre while grasses in water appear natural. I do not know...Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

Nice one sir... the finer detail in these images look different altogether when compared to normal images.

and of course the mood here.... there almost seems to be a sense of urgency in this image as if the deeer are hurrying to move out of the frame..not sure why:001_smile:
