Frustration

This tigress was stalking the deers in the grasslands of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, when the sandstorm started. The deers ran helter skelter. The tigress turned back and gave vent to a low growl in frustration.

Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII ie. at 800mm, ISO 800, f5.6, 1/200, EV: +2/3, full frame image.

Nice enviornment photograph. The BG is nicely complimenting the tiger. Probably an off-centre composition would have enhanced the image further.

Very different from the usual tiger image. I love the colour scheme here.
An off centered compo would look good too, but I don't find any real problem with this one.

I like the image. The sepia cast looks good and highlight the fact that a sandstorm is raging... agree about an off centre compostion (Lower left corner would be my choice)
