21st february is World Pangolin Day. Every year an estimated 100,000 pangolins are poached. To raise awareness about this pangolin there is a unique challenge going on. One can do 21 crunches and share the video. Use the hash tag #pumpit4pangolin and #WorldPangolinDay if you would want to do so. I still have viral, so not able to do it myself. :)

I guess these crunches are to reflect the ability of pangolins to roll over into a ball when faced with adversity. It remains in that position till it is safe. I had shot a tiger trying to chew and remove the pangolin from its tight roll, but the tiger couldn't succeed. It was in the pre-digital days and don't have scans of it. If you don't have images, you can also share your sketches of pangolins if you like.

There is indeed emergent need for extending protection to Pangolin. Pangolin has very long tongue, alongwith the meat large tongue may be the added attraction to the poachers. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
