Jungle cat , a surprise sighting and a lucky sighting for us.
After this sighting we have had tiger sighting almost in every safari that we had in BTR.
In Indian forest , now a days this creature is more rare than tigers.
Canon EOS7D , Canon 300mm f/4 , 1/6400 , ISO-400 , -0.7step , Handheld.

Nice. they are masters of camouflage and are mostly nocturnal.

Great sighting. Wish you had frontal lighting. They are now being restricted to the forest areas, as the wetlands are being destroyed everywhere.

Why 1/6400? It would have been great to see some more details in the image. Thanks for sharing.

Sabyasachi da , Thnx for your comments I didn't wanted to go down from f/4 here and -0.7step also prompted to move up the shutter speed to 1/6400.
