It was a most required break from the hectic work schedule. We thought to spend two days in wild, Destination Gir National Forest. All the online permits were booked till may end. We discussed the issue with the resort owner Mr. Mahendra Solanki and he said, he will not disappoint. we reached Camp Leo, Gir Pride Resort on evening of 28 March.
This place is absolute pleasure as far as birding & comfort is concern.

Thanks for appriciation... moreover Mrudul, It was the lapwing who was brave ;) This is my first yellow wattled lapwing.
I don't know the exact crop percentage but may be around 25%. Ever since I lost the key of my light room, I am finding it bit difficult to process the Images though I prefer very basic processing. This image looks bit darker on my office system & brighter a bit at home. How dose it looks to you please do let me know.

There are some sharpening artifacts on the body. Did you crop it followed by noise reduction and sharpening? Image of the full bird would be nice. Thanks for sharing.

Here is the full image. Only down sized in Picasa, Cropped (Earlier Image), Zero noise reduction. By seeing full Image it is seen that crop percentage is also more than 25%. Not gone through all technical stuff.
