In the green place of Garh Talit, near Barddhaman Town, West Bengal, a male of Indian Blue Robin was sighted on 26th April, 2015. The bird is very elusive and shy. This robin is migratory, breeding in the forests along the Himalayas. In this year no such records are found about his sighting in the Bengal Plains. It is very hard to take a close shot of this robin (very busy and quickly moving around) because he usually hides him in the undergrowth of bushes. But I managed to take few close snaps of this bird. One of the shots is posted here to share with this forum.
Thank you very much,

Welcome to IndiaWilds..!!

Lovely first post. Nice sighting. Good eye contact. Slight less space on the right and more on the left would have helped to remove the out of focus area on the right and enhance the composition further. Please post your equipment details and EXIF details to help in commenting. Thanks for sharing.

It is good that you got the eye in the clear. It would have been great if it was possible to move a bit to your left and click.
How much of a crop is this and from which side? Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
