Another accidental spotting while on the way to a river area near Kasargaod, Kerala. While my nephew was trying show me a butterfly, he failed to spot this beautiful creature that was curiously watching our movements.
Being slightly higher than our eyesight and no easily accessible area for getting an eye-level shot I tried to get as many shots from my own position. Also attempted to get some other views of the beauty but it never took off its eyes from my camera/me

Indeed a very cute snake. They tend to always keep an eye on movements and the head curiously moves wherever you move. Found one at my office a couple of days back :).
