The Mystical Alien

Spotted a treehopper on tip of a garden plant, slightly different from normal treehoppers I have encountered. It seem slightly sloppy and less active, probably due to the rains and so was not bothered by my presence around it.

It does look like an alien :). Good details on the face. Its eyes are lower and closer to the mouth (?). Is this a crop? Was any processing done to the background? Thanks for sharing.

No post processing done to the background, the image was originally horizontal had to be cropped vertically for the composition, so I guess over 50% crop had to be done

Interesting creature. Wish you had used a narrow aperture for a higher depth of field. Some more details would have been great. Thanks for sharing.
