Interesting how it has found and made a home out of an unused canal wall. As they say nature reclaims dilapidated structures. The yellow eye is striking. How did you find it?

Thanks everybody. Sabyasachi, we had deliberately taken an offtrack route as we had been informed that the scrub lands around was full of bird activity.This particular canal which was a massive one ,according to any standards, was disused and falling apart.Vegetation was growing out along the sides. The owl was sitting right across on the opp side.The eyes were what gave it away.
