On my way to Home, while driving through ghat section in lovely monsoon morning, I kept the window glasses down to breath the fresh air, and suddenly saw a flameback woodpecker. I stoped the car but it flew away. And then came these Rhesus mother.

Wonderful details. It is a Bonnet Monkey (Macaca radiata). The long dark hairs are clear. Female is much smaller compared to male. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

P.S: I have seen it in North Goa forests.

Good details. Very interesting expressions can be captured while photographing them. Seems it has got quite a lot of things stored in its cheek pouch :). The vertical composition looks good. The narrow aperture and the high aperture has helped. Driving through the westerns ghats in monsoons is an amazing experience. Thanks for sharing.

Love and protection. Good sighting. This image shows that one can create nice images with such subjects. Not all nice images have to be tiger images. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
