While on a lookout for Lynx spider I came across this beauty who was on a look out for its morning prey. After accidentally spotting me and my camera at closer than its comfort zone it went into this defensive/offensive pose and stayed in that position for an instance and just jumped off into the denser part of the shrub

Nice pose. I liked the eyes. Good details. The hair is standing up, maybe as it is in a defensive pose. Thanks for sharing.

The stars on eyes. The Salticid's eyes are really interesting, particularly the front ones. And this male Telamonia dimidiata has stars on each of them. Nice capture.

Nice. This pose (with the legs flattened out) is typical of Telamonia dimidiata when threatened.
