Lens details will help critique this image by explaining the reason behind the high ISO.

I now see from your other post that you are using a 400 5.6 with a converter. Which converter are you using? You could have brought the ISO down to 400.

There is evidence of noise in the image.

Now that Apana mentions it, there seems to be a bit of perceptible noise on the back of the bird.
