Spotted a flock of Babblers and laughing doves along a particular patch of village road, but by the time I could get closer most of them flew off with one of them checking out on me with curious look.

Nice you got the eye in clear through the leaves. I think the AF point is locked on the body and as the head is away, the eye is not covered in the depth of field. The greenery looks nice. Thanks for sharing.
