Nice scape of Corbett with the prey and predator in the same frame. The deers in the background seem relaxed. Was she looking for a kill or just strolling? If possible a slight lower angle would have enhanced the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful Corbettscape. I am wondering whether she is going to her cubs, if she has any or looking for her mate or any intruder! In any case, her dignified foot steps testifies to her being the 'The Queen' of Dhikala Chur. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

Dear Saktida, this is the first time the female was sighted after 4 days of continuous mating with Dhikala male. My family and I had heard the mating growls for nearly whole of our evening safari on 18th of December. We can expect the cubs in next 3 months. Next December visit we can expect Dhikala grassland will have two set of cubs one from the first lady and another from second lady.

Dear Mrudul Madame, The tigress was on prowl, my guess was, this was the first individual hunt after conclusion of mating. She kept trying ambushing the deer, but all resulted in failure.

This image was also bigger, so the software resized it and the quality has got reduced. Seems you are having some difficulty with the size. You can mail me the original image and I can replace it here.

This is a nice sight. The herbivores are unaware of her presence.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi
