ID help(Fruit fly?)

Spotted this beauty hovering around some dried flowers in an isolated area of Nagla block(Off the normal trail), The terrain was a completely filled with dried leaves and was a bit uncomfortable(psychologically) considering presence of some reptiles underneath the dense layers of leaves. But on observing that it had settled onto the tip of the flower I laid down and captured a few frames, with its rotational dance on top of the flower.
