The vegetation nicely frames the elephant. It is good that the eye is clear. However, there is one out of focus strand of green leaf that is just above the eye and is extended till the top of the frame. That is distracting. It would have been great without that. Also, I would tone down the highlights and open up the shadows a bit more.
