Hi Hari,
Interesting... Good behaviour shot.

I would have liked if you could have crawled closer (is this full frame?) w/o disturbing the subject as well as trying a lower angle to avoid the flash glare. The flash glare here is taking the eye away from the subject. Also when composing images do try for an off-centre composition to give a more dynamic feel to the image. Attaching an image to show how i would have preferred to compose it. Reduced the highlights too a bit.

Good behaviour recorded. You could have gone down lower. Also, to get the whole frog in focus you probably needed a higher aperture...
Flash glare can be reduced to some extent by using a diffuser, i.e. covering the flash with a handkerchief or something.
Did you id. the species? Eager to know which one it is...
P.S. I've always wanted to photograph a frog "in action", but ever since I got a camera, they simply don't do it when I'm around.:D

Nice behaviour captured. Agree with the comments from Bibhav and Abhishek. The slippery mud and the water points out the monsoon season, which is when we normally see this behaviour.

Look forward to more..
