Samrat & Arun,
Happy that you liked it. Mrudul was the pilot for the aerial shots. I just directed left, right, top, down etc etc and she flew it accordingly. I have never shot before in this place. Nevertheless, we could pull it off.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Indeed a jewel in the crown(s). When the documentary was projected in the screen of the large TV of Sajnekhali Tourist Lodge, Sundarbans....it mesmerised all. More jewels to shine........, we have to wait.
Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

Dada,
Thanks for your encouragement. I am very happy that you liked it. If you remember myself and Mrudul had shown you our film "A Call in the Rainforest" in 2012. I had remembered the feedback about the narration and got a great guy to do the narration this time.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Dheerendra,
Thanks. I hope the entire gang has seen it.

Anil,
Only three shots were from Sewri. The shoot was pretty hectic. Waking up before dawn and then driving down to shoot with a few cups of tea from a road side tea stall and some biscuits. Extremely sweet tea is the norm in Mumbai and may be because of that or whatever, now I have completely shifted to green tea. Anyway coming back to the topic, it was extremely slow. We were just accumulating shots one by one. It was really tough. I broke equipment - one wide lens, one 2xII TC, my C300 camera cable etc. The macro stuff were very tough. I had to literally slog it out to get each shot. Finally the overall thing came up to my satisfaction.

Will catch up with you guys when we are next in Mumbai.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Thanks Sandeepan!

Good to know that you have watched the entire documentary. It is important to establish the linkage between various species. Hopefully the common man and woman will be able to watch this.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi
