The image is nice. The ISO1600 has brought in noise. In my opinion, the D80 starts showing substantial noise after ISO 400, so i wouldnt go beyond it unless absolutely necessary... In this case the SS was already at 1/100 so wasnt much you could do i guess.

Good enviornment photograph. Getting a good photograph of the calf is very difficult. I have still not got good sighting of them :(. Agree with Bibhav about the ISO.

Good that you got it with the calf. May be next time you will get the calf suckling. Light seems to be very low. It would look better without the border. Some more space on the right would be good as the right frame is very close to the calf. Look forward to more.
