Small Pratincole

Widespread resident , small size ( 16-19 cm ) with sand-grey colour with blackish underwing coverts and black tail. adult has black lores and buff wash to throat . commonly seen at large river with sand and lakes . this photo taken from Damodar river bank , Bardhaman , West Bengal , India and clicked on 07-01-2016
