On a look out for a U-Turn

Spotted this tiny snail on tip of the leaf and kept looking around, as if looking for a U-turn along the path. The tiny beauty had its own aura and seemed very innocent(atleast for me) which impelled me to frame it.

I guess it is a large crop as the subject is a tiny one. I remember shooting one such fellow for my film Jewels of Thane Creek. It is not easy to sight unless one is inspecting each and every plant and leaf.

When a flash is used and the there is a gap between subject to background, the light falls off fast and the background is rendered dark. Thanks for sharing.
