ID: Common Bushbrown caterpillar
Encountered this beauty while returning from the end of the Shilonda trail, this beauty seemed resting on the leaf and also seemed least bothered by our presence. The beauty had an interesting feature in form of a tail which almost mimicked its own head. May be a form of defensive mechanism inherited all thru the evolution to avoid any fatal attack right on to the head(Just my guess, experts may correct me)
EXIF:
Canon 550D
Canon 100mm macro
F/13
Shutterspeed 1/125
ISO 200
Handheld, External flash fired
Location: Shilonda trail
