Very common and considered as pests these little beetles are found almost everywhere- in garden, corn field, among bushes of little shrubs etc.

As the leaf is bent towards the right and the beetle is also facing to the right, keeping less space behind it (on the left) and more infront of it (on the right) would have strengthened the composition further. Tried to crop and compose to give you an idea of the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Also I would like to see the original wider composition as that would give us more of the habitat. I would love to see the images of all kinds of pests in say paddy crop. And since paddy is a multi crop a year in your area, you can get some different pests.
