Interesting perspective. Eye is sharp. A lower angle would have added to the composition. There is some noise, is it a crop?

Interesting indeed. There is lot of noise in the shadows. You should have dialled in positive exposure compensation for this scene, as the sky forms a major part of the scene.

Apart from the noise, this is a good shot. A very different perspective. The eye is sharp and attention drawing. Beautiful eye lashes too.
Maybe you need to reduce the highlights on the beak.

But for the noise this is a good image.
