'Ready for and attack' pose

Came across this really healthy sized Bark mantis very well camouflaged onto a dried up tree's bark. After a very competitive chase finally, probably due to exhaustion, it started to stay kaput for shorter intervals, giving me the opportunity to frame it. Being a completely dried up area, getting a shot with a prey catch seemed very difficult so had to go ahead with this unique stance that it had been froze itself into.
