The monster fungus of the Forest

Came across this particular patch along the trail where a few, almost fresh/matured, mushrooms had bloomed to glory. The location and the surroundings lured me to get a wide angle frame of the beauty and the habitat. Due to low lighting and the lower frame angle had to rely on the flash to illuminate the under side of the mushroom

Good that you are trying different angles and compositions :). The shutter speed was quite less, did you try using a slight wider aperture. Thanks for sharing.
