Great to see it with a catch. Nice perch and pose. Slight noise in the background maybe due to the crop. I feel a bit more brightness would enhance the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image. A bit more brightness would have been better. Most of the times these kingfishers sit on their favourite perch. So if you are able to construct a hide, then chances are that you can get a closeup without cropping. Thanks for sharing.
