A close up shot of the beauty of Western ghats, the orchid, which blooms in group along the stem/tuber blooming mostly during the monsoon season, had a very peculiar shape and called for my attention for the beautiful and delicate nature of it. Though on close observation, for some reason, it reminded or resembled an alien with its mouth wide open.
