The composition is nice. So is the subject. But Noise has spoilt the charm of the image...

Lovely bird. Liked the composition as well. Good eye contact. Is the nosie because of the crop?

Lovely bird. I have never photographed this bird. I would increase the brightness a little bit. The background is not distracting, however I wish a light colour background would have been great here, for eg the yellow portions of the background would have produced a nice contrast. However, I am not sure if the kingfisher would have remained in the perch for your to move the boat to the right and then give you the right head turn. :D We keep on dreaming on..
