ID: Cuckoo wasp

An interesting sighting I have been consistently getting at this particular location, almost for the past 47 days(to be precise), this cuckoo wasp(unsure if it can be the same) seem to be laying eggs or guarding them on these cluster of eggs. Though the primary eggs seemed to have hatched this time, but this tiny beauty seems to spend time over it, and as usual, on witnessing me to be in close proximity it moved off the eggs and stayed kaput few mm-s away from the eggs.
Would like to know the life span of these miniature wasps and why it seems to prefer spending time along the eggs, especially these specific ones.

Nice to see the small beauty up close. These are egg shells? Good details. The antennae(?) looks quite interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, those seem to be Stick insects' egg shells.
True, the antennae was very unique
