ID: Lacewing larva? seeking experts' opinion

One of the most common sightings along the trail, there were several lacewing eggs popping off from different places. For this instance a rock face was selected as the place to lay the eggs, but there was something interesting here.
There seemed to be something moving up and down the hairy stalks of the eggs, on close observation, it seemed like a lacewing larva moving around, not sure what it was doing as it surely didnt hatch from it, and rather was traversing on the unhatched ones. While I went close to capture it, it started traversing down, as seen in the first image, and rather got off it and started moving away from the eggs and later disappearing in the dry foliage of the trail

Interesting observation. Liked the details in the eggs. How you knew that the larva was not hatched from those eggs? The composition is fine. Thanks for sharing.
