ID: Lacewing larva? seeking experts' opinion

One of the most common sightings along the trail, there were several lacewing eggs popping off from different places. For this instance a rock face was selected as the place to lay the eggs, but there was something interesting here.
There seemed to be something moving up and down the hairy stalks of the eggs, on close observation, it seemed like a lacewing larva moving around, not sure what it was doing as it surely didnt hatch from it, and rather was traversing on the unhatched ones. While I went close to capture it, it started traversing down, as seen in the earlier post(https://www.indiawilds.com/forums/showthread.php?18755-An-intriguing-behaviour-1), and rather got off it and started moving away from the eggs and later disappearing in the dry foliage of the trail

I feel slight less of the out of focus rock at the bottom and some more space at the top to include the eggs in full would have been good. Are there some things(?) attached to the larva at the end? Thanks for sharing.

It seemed like the debris these larvae are known to carry on its back
