Nice flight pose captured. The high shutter speed has helped to capture the motion. Wish there was a slight more eye contact. That would have strengthened the composition further. I would prefer to keep the horizontal composition (instead of cropping) as it results in loss of details. Please check the AF point, I think it might be locked on the leaves at the top. Thanks for sharing.

I like the wingspread. A bit more brighter would have helped in correctly exposing the head area. When you check the histogram of your image the area which is close to the left side are the darker areas and will have very less details. When subject has black parts, it is better to expose a bit more to the right and then pull down during post processing. In this case you could have gone about +1/3 exposure. You also need to be careful about the yellow channel. Here it is correctly exposed (the yellow of the leaf).
