Dear Friends,

It was Nagla again with Prajwal & other photo enthusiasts from Ghodbunder Road, Thane. Weather is changing & so are the sightings. Pleased to present this Jewel Bug nymph, who went below the leaf once we started approaching it.

Leaf turned upwards by holding the branch to have a clear view & the "Jewel" didn't disappoint us. Thought of it as a separate species due to white markings, but came to know it's nymph & white would disappear as it grows into adult.

EXIF : Canon 550D, Tamron 90mm, f/16, Tv:1/200, External Flash with diffuser, PP in LR 5.7,Minor crop

Hope you like & enjoy it.

Beautiful striking colours. The white patch is quite prominent. Good details. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

The texture has come out well in this case. Depth of field is fine. Looks lively. Nice. Thanks for sharing.
