ID: Crab spider on the tip of Cockscomb flower
One of the many crab spiders we encountered during the trail, this particular one seems to be awaiting for the prey, with its signature pose, and sun bathing at the same time. It had its abdomen facing the sun, while holding itself onto the tip of the dried up flower. The pointed spike type protrusions, near the eye area, and the aggressive pose brought in great amount of presence to the beauty
