Suddenly I came across a considerable part of land covered with blooming Bank Mats while roaming casually to find out some objects this morning. I sat down to find out if there were any activities. I noticed a good many numbers of bees seeking for Nectar there. So, I decided and began to make frames with my new Nikon 105mm macro lens. Also, there were two butterflies from Lycaenidae family. I tried to make frames of bees in air. There were several failures though managed to get a few. This is one of them.

EXIF Info.:

Camera : Nikon D7000
Lens: Nikon 105mm Macro f2.8 VR
ISO: 400
Shutter Speed: 1/400
Aperture: f/9

Cropped, Edited, No flash

Thank you.

Nice attempt. This looks interesting. The brightness should have been a bit less as the white flowers are overexposed. If you would have given a - exposure compensation keeping the aperture same, the shutter speed would have increased a bit. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more experimentations.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Thank you so much for your valuable advice Sabyasachi da. Actually, the image was taken with - exposure and I increased the same with white tune during post processing. I, actually, missed the tiny over-exposed part☹️. Would try to keep your words next time.

Congratulations on the new lens :). Lovely frame. Its very tough to get the bees in mid-air. The vertical composition looks good. Thanks for sharing.
