Blister beetle are larger than most other beetles found in our region. Their colors are striking. In Boisa Beel, they are often found resting at the twig of the roadside bushes. It was captured against lightsource at the fag end of the day.

This comment is for the plant identification which I just come to know from Mr. Kuntal Narayan Chaudhury and that is Scoparia dulcis.

The composition looks nice. Most of the times we move in and just focus on the subject ie. beetle. However you have chosen to show the beetle with its habitat. This looks nice. Thanks for sharing.
