Spotted Owl

Clicked this beautiful Spotted Owl during my visit to Bharatpur National Park recently. Photo has been cropped and pixel/size adjusted according to forums uploading rules.

Lovely first post. I liked the composition and the patterns on the bark really look great. Did the owl move suddenly? I think you could have used a slight higher ISO and aperture to get more details. Thanks for sharing.

Many thanks for the suggestion. I was trying to capture the sense of foot motion too as owl was trying to scratch, so I tried a little slow shutter speed for the scene. Yes I will try to try play with aperture in future to gather more details.
