Amazing sighting. Good eye contact. The curled up bushy tail looks nice. How did you sight it in the dark? Namadhapa is on my list to visit for a long time, lets see when I get a chance :mellow:. Look forward to more. Thanks for sharing.

Mrudul ji, night birding in Namdapha is an awesome experience. We are waiting for mountain scops owl. And heard a some noise in nereby tree. My friend Binanda lit the torch towards it and we saw a red giant flying squirrel in front of us. This species of flying squirrel is common in Namdapha. You can also spot them in Deban camp site. Do arrange a plan for Namdapha. December first week will be the best time.
