From my native,Kozhikode.A rare seen for me.A baby Fish owl eating some kind of waterbird (not sure about bird or what,from its leg feels like some kind of waterbird) .Almost ate and only showing the legs outside.This look like a bird a vampire effect.canon 7d mii click with tamron lens.ISO 1600,1/500,F 6.3.

You got a very unique pose and expressions. With the just the feet(?) visible in its beak, it gives a very different feel to the photograph. I liked the composition, the close up of the head with good details in the eye. You captured the right moment :).

I am not sure exactly what it is eating. Two or three sharp nails can be seen. Thanks for sharing.
