This is from my archives. I was in a boat when this fellow just dived close by and then lifted off and shook off the water. It was like a jet doing those loops.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, 400mm, 1SO 200, 1/1000. I had set the ISO tp 200 for some landscape shots and had no time to change.

Location: Satkosia Tiger Reserve.

You captured the right moment. The flying water droplets and the upside down pose looks great. Agree a higher ISO would have enhanced the image further. Beautiful capture. Thanks for sharing.

Unusual upside-down flight pose captured.Lovely composition in shades of grey .The orange colour of the beak and claw gives a piquant touch . The water spray adds to the image.. Thanks for sharing.
