Barking deer looks similar to the Duiker antelope from Africa.Smaller compared to the spotted deer and very elusive.I think you have photographed it while it was on the move.Good capture.

A shy species, it quickly slips away. The surroundings vegetation adds to the composition. The catchlight on the eye looks good. Nice composition. Thanks for sharing.

This shy species can often be found nibbling at fruits and juicy flowers in plantations and in degraded forests. Their shyness makes them able to survive predators. Where was this clicked? The depth of field seems fine. The side profile and image gives the impression of it moving away to safety. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Nice image. Colour is almost like chestnut, antlar is nice. Eye contact is good. Its canines in upper jaw are formidable weapons. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
