Lovely image. Alert but not alarmed.The large, abovate ears have white hairs inside in the young which will be much less when it will grow up. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

It is alert and observing the two legged individuals. Soon it will grow into a nice and healthy Sambar. This kind of thick neck would be any Formula 1 drivers pride. Thanks for sharing.

Alert and observant animal.The no of prey species is indicative of the presence of predators.I think most of our forests have good no of prey species.
