We were lucky to sight this beauty in sunlight. It gave quite a show and came extremely close to me.

Wow you got it real close :). Good eye contact and details. Some highlights on the white brow, can try recovering in PP. You could have slightly increased the ISO, as a higher shutter speed would have been nice. Thanks for sharing.

Were you shooting from the car? I guess you were handholding. Though your camera looks tiny, it has a long zoom. So any imperfection in shooting technique is amplified. You need to ensure that either you are resting the camera on a stable platform or use good breathing and handholding techniques while clicking. Check the tips section.
