There were 2 on a tree and we got to see this one little clearly....MGSs are fascinating animals to watch but they dont stay at one place for long!

Malabar Giant Squirrels are cute fellows. Many many years ago when for first time I saw it high up in a tree, I was really excited. You got the eye contact nice. Thanks for sharing.

Normally they are high up in the canopy and difficult to photograph. Nice composition with the tree framing from the left. Good eye contact. It is good you could spot and photograph it in Kabini, there the focus is normally on the bigger species. The light seems was less, so using higher ISO has helped. Thanks for sharing.
