One of the beautiful flower plant/creeper seen along the western ghats, this one is seen much closer to the city and was great to spot it at a similar spot after 2 years(not that it didnt bloom last year, just that was lazy enough to skip visiting this spot in the last monsoon). These tend to rely on the dried stems(probably karvi plants') that are covered in the whole area of its blooming

Peculiar shape and colours, I think primarily to attract insects. Nice composition. The background gives an idea about its habitat. Seems there are a few rain drops on your lens :). Good you could go out this year and photograph these beauties. Thanks for sharing.

This one looks cool. I am fine with the composition. Since the subject is in focus and stands out from the background, the f6.3 aperture is fine here. Which place is this? Thanks for sharing.
